Born and raised in Tokyo. In 2013, she moved to Kawakami Village, Nagano Prefecture, and opened Kawakami Sanso in 2015.
She specializes in ethnic cuisine with a lot of spices.
We also provide a soba noodle the recipe directly inherited from a soba noodle master in Kawakami Village.
